Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Where do I find my records?

A: They may be at the medical centre(s) you have visited to receive your vaccines, they may be written in childhood health record books, and they may be on slips of paper (in the case of high school vaccinations). Check all the places you keep your important papers. We have access to records not readily available to the general public so don't worry if you can't find everything - we might be able to find it for you.

Q: What if my records are at the GP office/medical centre?

A: Simply call the medical centre and ask for a copy of a record of the vaccines you have received there.  They should be able to provide you with a printout to pick up or to email the report to you.  (They may charge you a small fee for this, check with your medical centre.)

Q: What if I have had vaccines at more than one medical centre?

A: You will need to contact each medical centre to ask for a record of the vaccines you have received at each medical centre.  Unfortunately we are not authorised to access your medical centre records for you.

Q: What if I only have a few records but I am pretty sure I have had more vaccines?

A: There are numerous places we can access for vaccine records that are not readily available to the general public so we might be able to find those missing vaccine records for you.  If anything is still missing and you feel sure you have had those particular vaccines, then in the email we send you we will recommend what to do from there to complete your records.

Q: Where do I send my records to?

A: After you have scanned all of your records (front AND back of pages, remember!), please send all of those scanned files to our email address.  An email acknowledging receipt of your records will be sent to you as soon as we get them.

Q: How do I scan my records if I don't have a scanner?

A: There are a lot of scanner apps that you can download to your phone (iPhone or Android)

or very clear photographs can be sent as jpeg files.

Q: Why can't you get my records from my GP?

A: Due to a law called the Privacy Act 1988, it is not possible for us to request medical records for you from your GP.

Q: What is AIR?

A: The Australian Immunisation Register.  It is a national database where all vaccinations are recorded for all Australian citizens who have a Medicare card.  Thanks to our unique access, we are able to legally create AIR records for people without a Medicare card.

Q. Do you provide me with the vaccines?

A: No, we provide a clear and concise compilation of your records as far as we have been able to access. We will then refer you back to your GP or immunisation clinic to further discuss any vaccines we discover you may need.

Q: How can I pay?

A: We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most major credit/debit cards.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We cannot provide refunds for our services after they have been provided. However, if you think you may have made an ordering error, contact us as soon as possible so we can work out a correction together before work on your record product is commenced.
