How Does It Work?

We make sorting your record as simple as  1 - 2 - 3

1. Collect Your Records and Choose Your Product

You collect all of the immunisation records you can and scan them to your phone or computer. Most home printers have a scan function and there are a lot of great scanner apps available for your phone.

Then, after determining the appropriate age group, purchase whichever record product(s) you require, and email the records to Immunisation Records Management's secure email address.

2. We Sift, Sort and Simplify

Our Registered Nurse will interpret, collate and sort those records and, using her experience and unique access to Western Australian and national immunisation databases, will be able to check if your vaccinations are all up to date and identify any outstanding vaccinations that may be required.

 

3. We Send You Your Up-To-Date Records

We will send you an updated, simplified immunisation record according to the product you purchased, along with advice on catch up vaccination, should you need any. We strive to do this within 10 working days of receiving your files.
