Records Review
& Written Report Package
All the vaccine record material sent to us will be carefully reviewed and a written report will be emailed to the product purchaser. The report will describe the completeness of the vaccine records as compared to the Department of Health's Immunisation Schedule for your particular state.
The report will also highlight any missing or booster vaccinations that may be required and will need to be discussed with your doctor.

All provided records will be reviewed and a written report sent exactly as for Package 1. This package also includes a complete update of AIR records and a certificate of the AIR record for the person the records pertain to, sent as email attachment.
