Babies & Children (Birth -11yrs)

This service involves sorting through & research into the records for:
- Health Department Childhood Schedule vaccines
- Travel vaccines
- Special Vaccines for at-risk groups
- Vaccinations given overseas
 
Package 1, Records Review and Written Report: all provided records reviewed and compared with the relevant Immunisation Schedule and a written report will be sent via email stating the completeness of the record and highlighting any vaccines that may be required for complete vaccine protection. (Further action on this will need to be discussed with your medical doctor.)
 
Package 2, Review, Written Report & AIR Update: a review and written report will be provided stating the information as for Package 1, and any and all appropriate updates to AIR will be made, with an AIR Certificate also sent.
 
Package 3, Comprehensive Record Management: a review, written report, AIR record update and AIR Certificate will be provided as per Package 2,  and a GP-ready summary & Catch-up pathway outline will also be provided for any vaccines that are found to be required.  This package also includes one (1) follow-up email should you require any clarification of the information provided.
